Each class is composed of individuals who bring to case discussions their different backgrounds and distinct perspectives. IPMI International Business School’s size is purposely intended to promote development and learning. Students develop strong general management and leadership abilities as a result of the comprehensive case and experience-based curriculum, laying the groundwork for a lifetime of influence on how they lead.

The case method humanizes leadership. Students put themselves in the shoes of case protagonists, actual business executives, and learn to make difficult decisions as a result of their classmates’ different viewpoints. Students then put their newly acquired knowledge into practice through immersion programs and business research projects, demonstrating what it means to be a leader who makes a difference.

Students who graduate from IPMI will not only be equipped with enhanced knowledge, but also with a solid foundation and practice in making difficult decisions and assuming leadership in a global setting.
